and within committed timelines.
Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation & Dispatch
- After an order is placed, our Customer Care team may contact you for order verification or confirmation.
- Once confirmed, orders are dispatched within 5–6 working days.
- Upon dispatch, order tracking details are shared via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

Delivery Timelines (Within India)
- Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 3–4 working days
- Tier 2, Tier 3 & Rural Areas: 5–6 working days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions,
or regional restrictions.
Shipping Partners
Fluid Luxe works with established national and international courier and logistics partners
to ensure reliable and secure deliveries.
Domestic Shipping Charges (India)
- Free shipping on orders with a cart value of ₹1,000 or above
- Flat ₹50 shipping fee on orders below ₹1,000
Shipping charges, once applied, are non-refundable.
International Shipping
International shipping is currently unavailable due to operational policy changes.
Services will resume once operations are restored.
Order Cancellation, Loss & Non-Delivery
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund.
- If an order is lost or undelivered, the full order amount will be refunded after verification.
Damaged or Tampered Shipments
- Please refuse delivery if the parcel appears damaged or tampered.
- Immediately contact Customer Care or email us with your Order Number.
- A replacement will be arranged after verification.
Cancellation Policy
- Fluid Luxe reserves the right to cancel any order if fulfillment is not possible.
- Any cancellation and applicable refunds will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD is available only on eligible products.
- All items in the cart must be COD-applicable.
- Availability depends on pincode serviceability.
- If COD is unavailable, online payment must be selected.
At the Time of Delivery
- Payment must be completed before opening the package.
- Do not accept delivery if the package appears opened or tampered.
